Spot Lyte On: The most sought-after live events coming to a city near you

Written by Admin | August 26, 2019

Happy Labor Day! There’s a little more than four months left of 2019. What??? How did that happen?

Everyone here at Lyte is looking forward to the many great live events the rest of year has in store for our exchange. If you’re new to Lyte, here’s how the platform works.

  1. Fans looking for tickets after a sellout can get on our waiting list at lyte.com.
  2. Fans who bought tickets in the onsale can return their tickets on the Lyte exchange if their plans have changed. They are given a fair market offer for the tickets. If they accept, their spot goes to a fan on our waiting list
  3. New, valid tickets are issued by the primary ticketer for the next fan in line, who receives them for a fair market price.

That’s it. The whole process is automated, and there’s no risk of price gouging or fake tickets like you see on some secondary market sites. It’s safe and secure – and it puts legitimate, fairly-priced tickets into the hands of fans.

Lyte and our partners (ticketers, venues, promoters, and artists) are working together to save fans money and protect them from scams. Visit Lyte for the complete lowdown and to learn more about our platform.

Check out these amazing sold out live events! Click on the artist’s name to return your tickets or be taken directly to the waiting list to sign up.

About Lyte

Lyte makes it easier for fans to go to more live events. Founded in New York City and San Francisco by CEO Ant Taylor, our killer fan feature is returnability. In an industry where a “no refunds and no cancellations” policy is the standard, Lyte enables fans to return their event tickets, no questions asked, to the official point of purchase.

Lyte also provides a safe and official reservation booking system, offering fans who sign up a fair price for in-demand tickets. One hundred percent of the tickets bought and sold through Lyte are issued through our ticketing partners and delivered directly to fans. Lyte has delivered millions in fan savings — $1.8 million in 2018 alone. It’s only getting better from here, thanks to our growing partnerships with bands, venues, promoters, ticketers and festivals.

For the industry, we function as a full inventory management solution, including a private-label secondary market to optimize event yield for event producers. Visit lyte.com.
