How do I get tickets?
Am I guaranteed a ticket when I request a ticket?
A request does not guarantee a ticket. The number of ticket returns determines how many tickets are available for fans waiting in line. If Lyte is not able to fulfill your ticket request, you will be notified when the exchange closes and you will not be charged.
Where are these tickets coming from?
Great question! All tickets come directly from original ticket holders who purchased tickets directly from the initial on sale. All tickets requested are 100% authentic and reissued with new barcodes directly from the Official Ticket Provider.
How long do I have to wait before my request is fulfilled?
Wait time depends on ticket availability (how many tickets are sold to the Exchange by other fans), how many tickets you reserve, and how many fans are ahead of you in line for tickets (there are separate lines for each ticket type). Lyte Exchanges usually continue until about three hours before doors open to the event. You will be notified whether or not tickets are available before the Exchange closes. To increase your chances of getting a ticket, request tickets as soon as possible and request quantities of one or two tickets.
Can I cancel my request BEFORE it’s fulfilled?
Yes. You can cancel your request at any time before it is fulfilled. All you need to do is log into your account and select the request you wish to cancel. You can also click “Need to cancel?’ from your confirmation email. All cancellations are final.
Can I cancel my request AFTER it's fulfilled?
Unfortunately, once your request is fulfilled the only option you will have is to return your ticket back to the Exchange.
How will tickets be delivered?
Your tickets will be delivered based on the method displayed during check out. The ticket delivery method varies by event and depends on the Official Ticket Provider.
Why do I see a charge on my statement immediately after I request tickets?
If you see a $1 pending charge, do not panic! This is just a temporary authorization. As soon as a ticket becomes available, Lyte will complete the charge. If you cancel your ticket or your request cannot be fulfilled, the pending charge will cancel within an hour.
What happens if my card is declined?
Not to worry! Make a new request for a ticket(s) with valid payment information (zip code seems to be the culprit). Once you do this, let us know and we can update your place in line so you don’t lose your spot!
What happens if the card I used to request tickets expires before my reservation is fulfilled?

How do I know that my credit card information is safe? What happens to my credit card information?
Lyte does not store your credit card information. Our payments are processed by Stripe. Lyte is PCI-DSS compliant.
Can I change the credit card I used for my request?
You can easily update your credit card information by: -Logging into your Lyte Account -Selecting ‘My Tickets’ under your name -Clicking ‘Requests’ and selecting the event -Select ‘Update Card Information’ -You are all updated!
Why are tickets priced above face value?
Our prices are based on market factors like demand. Thus, when we have more requests for tickets than we do returns, our prices tend to be a bit higher than face value. What we can guarantee is that our prices are below secondary market prices & 100% legitimate.
What is Lyte's ticket guarantee?
All tickets purchased through the Exchange will be issued with unique bar codes directly from the official ticket provider.
Are there fees for returning or requesting tickets?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! What you’re quoted is exactly what you’ll be charged/paid. There are no hidden fees anywhere within Lyte.
Can I update my request for more or less tickets OR upgrade my ticket type?
Unfortunately, this feature is not yet available. However, if you make a new request with your preferred quantity, we would be happy to cancel your original request and update your place in line for the new request! Please let us know once you have made a new request so we can update it right away.
