How do I get tickets?
Am I guaranteed a ticket when I request a ticket?
A request does not guarantee a ticket. The number of ticket returns determines how many tickets are available for fans waiting in line. If Lyte is not able to fulfill your ticket request, you will be notified when the exchange closes and you will not be charged.
Where are these tickets coming from?
All tickets are sourced from original ticket holders and are 100% verified for authenticity. Your tickets will be issued with unique bar codes directly from the official ticket provider.
How long do I have to wait before my request is fulfilled?
Wait time depends on ticket availability (how many tickets are sold to the Exchange by other fans), how many tickets you reserve, and how many fans are ahead of you in line for tickets (there are separate lines for each ticket type). Lyte Exchanges usually continue until about three hours before doors open to the event. You will be notified whether or not tickets are available before the Exchange closes. To increase your chances of getting a ticket, request tickets as soon as possible and request quantities of one or two tickets.
Can I cancel my request BEFORE it’s fulfilled?
Yep! You can cancel your request anytime before it's filled by logging in to your account at the top right corner of this page. You can also click "Need to cancel?" from your confirmation email. PLEASE NOTE: You will forfeit your place in line if you cancel. All cancellations are final.
Can I cancel my request AFTER it's fulfilled?
Requests cannot be canceled or refunded after they're fulfilled. You can return your tickets back to the Exchange if it's still open. You can also click the ‘return tickets’ button in your fulfillment email.
How will tickets be delivered?
Tickets will be delivered based on the method displayed during checkout. The ticket delivery method varies by event.
Why do I see a charge on my statement immediately after I request tickets?
The $0 or $1 pending charge is a temporary authorization. As soon as tickets become available, Lyte will complete the charge. If you cancel your request or tickets aren't available, the pending charge will be canceled automatically within an hour.
What happens if my card is declined?
Please make sure you enter valid payment info (zip code seems to be the culprit) during the checkout process. Since there are other fans waiting for tickets, Lyte can only accept orders associated with a valid card.
What happens if the card I used to request tickets expires before my reservation is fulfilled?

Can I update my request for more or less tickets?
Unfortunately, ticket requests cannot be updated. If you need to make a change, you can cancel your ticket request and submit a new request. Please keep in mind this may decrease your chances of getting a ticket because your new request will be at the end of the line.
How do I know that my credit card information is safe? What happens to my credit card information?
Lyte does not store your credit card information. Our payments are processed by Stripe. Lyte is PCI-DSS compliant.
Can I change the credit card I used for my request?
For your security, we never have access to your payment information, so we’re unable to update any of the credit card information once your request is made. You can, however, make a new request for the same event and email us at email@example.com with your reference number so that we can honor your place in line and cancel your original request.
Why are tickets priced above face value?
There are more people requesting tickets than seats available. However, prices through Lyte's Exchange are always better than prices on unofficial secondary markets. All tickets sold through the Exchange are 100% guaranteed.
What is Lyte's ticket guarantee?
All tickets purchased through the Exchange will be issued with unique bar codes directly from the official ticket provider.
Are there fees for returning or requesting tickets?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! What you’re quoted is exactly what you’ll be charged/paid. There are no hidden fees anywhere within Lyte.
Can I exchange or upgrade my tickets?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you find an opportunity to upgrade your tickets within the same event.
