On March 14th, in partnership with 24/7 Artists and Ari Collective Records, we’re hosting BlackLyte: a whole day centered on and celebrating Black excellence in music, creativity and tech. From incredible thought leadership panels to a killer artist showcase, it’s going to be a can’t-miss event.
If you’re curious about the centering of Black excellence specifically, it's simple. Artists of color have been disproportionately impacted by the industry-wide barriers preventing all artists from owning their event IP and fan engagement. With BlackLyte, we honor and celebrate Black creators, entrepreneurs and artists as shining examples of resilience and endurance. We're inspired to continue breaking down systemic barriers, as so many Black artists have done. And we're helping artists continue to take down barriers by providing direct access to the necessary cash flow, ticketing and operational expertise creators need to thrive on their own terms.
BlackLyte isn't just a showcase for empowerment and ownership; it's a demonstration of what a better live events ecosystem can be. One where creators command their own destinies and fans trust the buying experience.
We’re sharing the scoop with you on site
As you cruise through BlackLyte’s ticketing page, you’ll notice a brand new kind of event ticket: Returnable Tickets. With Returnable Tickets, you can return your ticket at any time up to an hour before the show—no questions asked.
For Friends of Lyte ticket holders, we’ll be sharing detailed analytics on the breakdown of all ticket requests, sales, returns, scan-ins and more. We’ll even share where attendees hail from, which artists and panels you all are most excited to see and how every attendee feels about the concept of no-hassle ticket returnability. (Don’t worry, all data will be anonymized!)
Come be a part of a game-changing night in live entertainment.
BlackLyte is where the future of live events starts. By combining predictive demand insights with seamless ticket returnability, we’re creating a new events ecosystem that eliminates risk for creators and fans alike. This means true ownership for artists, more shows for more fans and more revenue for producers to self-fund their events.
We can’t wait to show you how in Austin.
Tickets start at just $1; all ticket proceeds benefit The Roots of Music, a New Orleans-based non-profit dedicated to elevating the city's next generation of musicians through education, instrument access and more.
